These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Holitel Boutique website, as well as inquiries, booking requests, reservations, and stays arranged directly with the hotel through digital, telephone, or in-person channels.

By accessing this website, contacting the hotel, or requesting a reservation, the user declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Identification of the establishment

Holitel Boutique is a hotel establishment located at Av. Los Leones 840, Providencia, Santiago, Chile, and maintains contact channels published through its website, including email, telephone, and WhatsApp.

2. Use of the website

The user agrees to use this website lawfully, diligently, and in accordance with its informational and commercial purpose. The user may not use the website to carry out actions that affect its operation, security, availability, or reputation, nor to send false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Holitel Boutique may update, modify, suspend, or limit website content, services, forms, images, texts, or functionalities at any time and without prior notice.

3. Published information

Holitel Boutique seeks to ensure that the information contained on its website is clear and up to date. However, room availability, rates, promotions, schedules, services, special conditions, and any other commercial or operational elements may change without prior notice.

Information published on the website is for reference purposes only until a formal reservation confirmation has been issued or accepted by the hotel.

4. Booking requests and tentative reservations

Requests sent by form, email, telephone, or WhatsApp do not, by themselves, constitute a confirmed reservation. Every reservation is subject to availability, internal validation, and, when applicable, a guarantee or prepayment.

Tentative reservations shall remain valid only as long as there is no new reservation request for the same date with immediate willingness to secure it through prepayment or formal confirmation. In such case, the hotel may inform the guest and cancel the tentative reservation.

5. Rates, currency, and payments

Hotel rates may be provided through official channels and shall be subject to availability, season, room type, number of guests, and the specific conditions of each reservation.

Payment shall be made to the hotel in local currency, that is, Chilean pesos (CLP). If rates are referenced in another currency, such references shall be for informational purposes only, unless the hotel expressly indicates another applicable payment method.

6. Taxes and VAT

According to national tax legislation, all Chilean citizens and foreign residents in the country are required to pay the corresponding 19% VAT surcharge.

In order to be exempt from paying the 19% VAT, foreign guests must pay the amount of the stay in cash USD and present a copy of their immigration card and their stamped passport.

Payment in local currency shall not be exempt from this surcharge.

Payments made by credit card must also pay the corresponding 19% VAT surcharge.

7. Check-in and check-out

The general check-in time begins at 3:00 PM, subject to availability.

The general check-out time must take place by 11:30 AM, and in any case before 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

If the guest arrives before check-in time, the hotel may store luggage, subject to operational availability. Early room delivery is not guaranteed and shall depend on the hotel’s occupancy and housekeeping status.

8. Late check-out

Requests for departure after the regular check-out time must be made in advance with reception and shall always be subject to hotel availability.

If the guest wishes to leave after 12:00 PM, they must pay an additional charge of 10,000 CLP for each extra hour. These hours are not prorated.

Authorization for late check-out shall depend exclusively on the hotel’s operational availability at the time of the request.

9. Cancellations, modifications, and no-show

Cancellations, modifications, and no-show cases shall be governed by the booking policy informed by Holitel Boutique at the time of contracting, without prejudice to the provisions of this section.

Reservation cancellations must be requested through the hotel’s official channels.

If the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the arrival date, no charge shall apply.

If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel may charge 100% of the value of the first night.

Any reservation modification shall be subject to availability and to the rate conditions in force at the time the change is requested.

10. Children policy

Children up to 3 years old may stay according to the hotel’s current commercial policy. Children under 3 years old do not pay for accommodation, and above that age they are considered adults for rate purposes. A maximum of one child under 3 years old is allowed per room, and an additional charge shall apply starting from the second child of that age.

Any exception or special condition must be confirmed by the hotel at the time of booking.

11. Breakfast and complementary services

Breakfast hours may be informed by the hotel and adjusted for operational reasons. Currently, continental breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Some food and beverage services may be limited or unavailable, depending on operational availability.

Holitel Boutique may modify, suspend, or restrict complementary services for operational reasons, maintenance, availability, force majeure, or causes beyond its control.

12. Smoking policy

Smoking is not allowed inside guest rooms or in the hotel’s indoor areas, in accordance with current legal regulations.

Smoking shall only be permitted in the outdoor areas expressly designated for that purpose, provided that such conduct does not affect the peace and comfort of other guests or the normal operation of the establishment.

Failure to comply with this prohibition may result in charges for specialized cleaning, deodorization, laundry, repair, or replacement of bedding, textiles, furniture, or other affected property, without prejudice to any other internal measures the hotel may deem appropriate depending on the seriousness of the case.

13. Pet policy

Unless the hotel expressly confirms an exception in writing, pets are not allowed on the premises.

14. Damage, losses, and additional charges

The guest shall be responsible for any damage, deterioration, loss, or impact caused to the rooms, furniture, bedding, bed linen, towels, equipment, keys, remote controls, accessories, or any other property of the establishment, when such damage is attributable to the guest’s conduct or to that of their companions or visitors.

Holitel Boutique may charge the guest the cost of repair, replacement, specialized cleaning, or restitution, according to the nature and extent of the damage caused.

This includes, among other cases, material damage, severe or permanent stains on sheets, towels, or textiles, loss of keys or items provided for use during the stay, strong odors caused by smoke or other substances, and any situation that forces the hotel to incur extraordinary cleaning, repair, or replacement expenses.

The hotel may reasonably inform and support such charges based on its internal records.

15. Guest conduct and operational right of admission

Guests and visitors must maintain respectful conduct at all times toward staff, other guests, the facilities, and the internal rules of the establishment.

Holitel Boutique may take reasonable measures when conduct affects safety, tranquility, hygiene, hotel operations, or the rights of third parties, including warnings, access restrictions, cancellation of services, or requesting that the guest leave the establishment, in accordance with applicable regulations.

16. User responsibility

The user shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when making inquiries, requests, or reservations. Holitel Boutique shall not be liable for errors arising from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information provided by the user or by third parties unrelated to the hotel.

17. Website availability and external links

Holitel Boutique does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or the complete absence of technical errors. Likewise, the website may contain links to external services, such as social media or communication channels, which shall be governed by their own terms and policies.

18. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, images, design, trade name, logos, and other content on the Holitel Boutique website are the property of their respective owner or are used with authorization. Their reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use for commercial or public purposes is prohibited.

19. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data carried out through the website, forms, or contact channels is governed by the Privacy Policy published by Holitel Boutique. The user may review it on the corresponding page of the website.
